Tomato juice: alcoholic and non-alcoholic aperitif
Tomato juice? Aperitif served!
In our idea of aperitif, tomato juice and appetizing ingredients come together to create not only an irresistible sauce but also a drink to offer to complete a small themed menu with an unusual and original option. The aperitif with tomato juice , in fact, is not just the classic Bloody Mary: below we offer you a fresh and tasty alternative to be made with the natural preserving liquid of our Datterini tomatoes in juice .
Here's what you need to prepare our drink from aperitif: tomato juice from datterini I insert, vodka, orange juice, lime juice, a few drops of Tabasco or Worcestershire sauce and a few leaves of fresh basil as a garnish.
Measure out the ingredients as you like (omitting the vodka if you prefer a non-alcoholic!) and serve the drink in a very cold carafe, perhaps accompanied by appetizers to dip into our sauce dip and a cold pasta made with datterini tomatoes without their juice!
