The quick bruschetta they are the perfect solution for a light appetizer, a tasty aperitif or a healthy and tasty snack capable of satisfying everyone's palate - including children.

All you need is some excellent bread to toast and a fragrant condiment ready to tickle your mouth. If you too have sudden gastronomic cravings or love to surprise last-minute guests with something truly appetizing, our line dedicated to bruschetta can't be missing from your pantry.

How to make bruschetta screaming

The history of bruschetta has the warmth of the countryside and the charm of life in times gone by: originally, in fact, this simple preparation was the lunch or snack of the farmers, who made the bread (often dry or very dry) more palatable by rubbing it over freshly picked vegetables, especially tomatoes.

To celebrate this delight of the poor tradition, therefore, it is essential to find a condiment capable of ennobling the taste and consistency of the bread, which can be traditional but also wholemeal, based on ancient grains, cereals or rye.

Once you have identified the bread and seasoning (our Bruschettata!) it is time for bruscatura, the magical process that makes the bread crunchy and ready to accommodate a fresh and tasty filling. The ideal cooking is on the grill or on the electric grill, but nothing prevents us from using the oven (preheated to 200°) or a very hot non-stick pan - the important thing is to obtain slices with a dry and crunchy surface.

Types of bruschetta

Bruschettata allows you to make excellent vegetarian bruschetta (naturally vegan) which you can choose to enrich as you prefer.

Our two recipes for tasty bruschetta , in fact, contain only chopped tomatoes, fragrant whole basil leaves, aromatic garlic, fresh spicy chili pepper and a pinch of salt to enhance the taste of our datterini tomatoes.

Once your bread is toasted, all you have to do is choose between the Red datterino bruschettata and that of yellow datterino , open the jar and add a drizzle (or a generous spoonful) of your favorite extra virgin olive oil.

The result? A phenomenal dish of quick bruschetta for an aperitif with the genuine taste of a traditional preparation obtained by mixing only selected ingredients, without shortcuts.

The bruschetta preparations made with love by InSerbo are available in two sizes (350 and 950 grams) and in convenient packs of 12 jars or 6 jars.
